Service
Which gateways do you integrate with?
Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and Paddle are our four defaults — they cover the vast majority of online businesses globally. If your stack uses a different gateway (Authorize.Net, Braintree, Adyen, Square, Mollie), tell us in the order brief and we will quote it.
Do you support one-time, subscription, and marketplace pricing?
Yes — every plan above $13 supports one-time charges, subscriptions, or marketplace splits. The right pricing model is part of the discovery call, and the integration we deliver matches it.
Will you create the merchant account for me?
For Stripe, Paddle, and Razorpay we can complete the application together. For PayPal Business and traditional merchant-of-record providers you will need to be on the call. We never take ownership of your merchant account; we configure it under your login.
How long does an integration take?
Setup Audit: 24 hours. Single Gateway Integration: 2 days. Full Integration Sprint: about a week. Subscription Billing: 7-10 working days. Marketplace: 2 to 3 weeks. Each plan lists its own delivery target.
Technical
How do you handle webhooks?
Webhooks are the source of truth in our integrations. Every endpoint we deliver verifies the signature, processes idempotently using the gateway event id, and runs through a queue so a slow database never costs you a payment record. We also wire up local replay via Stripe CLI or ngrok.
What about PCI compliance?
We default to gateway-hosted card fields (Stripe Elements, Razorpay Standard Checkout, PayPal Smart Buttons, Paddle Overlay), which keeps you in PCI SAQ-A scope. If you require a fully custom card form, that is a separate engagement and we will scope it explicitly.
How do you test payments before going live?
We run every relevant test card in the gateway documentation in sandbox, and the deliverable includes a test-card guide tailored to your gateway. You move to live keys only after the sandbox flow signs off.
Deliverables
What do I receive at the end?
A working payment flow in your codebase, a test-card guide, the webhook event logs we used during testing, a reconciliation report as PDF, and the sandbox credentials. Everything sits inside your order page in the dashboard.
Billing
How does payment for THIS service work?
It is a one-time charge through Authorize.Net at checkout. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and we never store your full card number — Authorize.Net tokenizes it at the moment of payment.
Which cards do you accept on this site?
We accept Visa and Mastercard at checkout for our service. Both cards must be 16 digits with a 3-digit CVC and an MM/YY expiry. Note: this is for buying our integration service — your end customers can use whatever cards your chosen gateway supports.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan. The full refund policy is on its own page in the footer.
Process
How do we communicate during the project?
Each order has its own chat thread inside your dashboard. You and the assigned engineer can send messages and attach files there — the chat updates in real time, no refresh needed.
What if the integration does not match my brief?
Tell us in the order chat or by email within 30 days. We will fix it under the same engagement, or refund the order in full. We would rather rerun the work than ship something you cannot use.
