1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase if you are dissatisfied for any reason, if the deliverable has technical issues or does not match the brief you submitted, or if you have reconsidered the purchase. Requests submitted after 30 days are ineligible.

2. How to Request a Refund

Order chat: Open the order page in your dashboard and start a chat message titled "Refund request".

Required information includes your full name, the email address used for the purchase, the order or transaction ID, and (optionally) the reason for the refund request.

3. Review and Processing

We take 3–5 business days to review the request. Once approved, the refund typically appears in your account within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned 100% to the original payment method.

4. Access After Refund

Upon processing, your access to the checkoutbuilders.com order page, the delivered Google Doc, and any related downloadable resources will be revoked.

5. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We commit to resolving issues quickly and fairly, and a direct conversation is almost always faster than a chargeback dispute.
